Our aim was to create a jewelry that would make you wish you had a bad, broken eye, and at the same time tell people with a permanent injury that this is nothing to be ashamed of - but rather something you can highlight and benefit from.
The PIRATE is designed to fit over your eye and is adjustable in its neck lock, but there are many alternative ways to wear it. It’s also designed to fit as a choker necklace for instance worn under the shirt neck or as a mid sized or long necklace. It also works as a bracelet when you wrap the chain multiple times around your wrist.
The PIRATE chain including the eyepatch is 77 cm long with a spring ring lock but the clasp can be mounted wherever on the chain.
As in all our pieces we work only with high quality, handmade and detailed craftsmanship. The Pirate has a by danish law certified LULU stamp and a 925 Sterling Silver mark as well. The Pirate comes in a shiny gold plated version of 18 Carat gold plating with a high micron level.

LULU Copenhagen ships all our jewelry worldwide. The shipping rates are:
Denmark - Free shipping when buying for 300 DKK or more. If the order is less than 300 DKK the shipping fee is 39 DKK.
EU - All shipping to countries within the EU, the shipping fee is 75 DKK.
Outside EU - All shipping to countries outside the EU, the shipping fee is 150 DKK.
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 counting business days following Danish public holidays. This is subject to payment clearance and stock availability. There are only a very few countries that LULU Copenhagen does not ship to. You can find the entire shipping list at the check-out.
Can I Track The Status Of My Order?
In Denmark and most of Europe we ship all our packages through Post Nord with a tracking ID that you will receive together with your order confirmation email. If you live outside of Europe and in few European countries we ship with a local postal service.
LULU Copenhagen offers a full cash refund as long as our terms are fulfilled.
If your new jewelry doesn’t live up to your expectations, you may kindly return it in an original, unused condition (including all original packaging, papers and the Return Document). This has to be within 14 days after your purchase for a full refund (not included is shipping costs, local taxes, customs and local bank/credit card company additional fees which will be for the customer to pay).

• Fill out the Return Document included in the package and return it together with the item. You can also print it here.
We recommend a trusted parcel service with an insurance of the value of the items and a tracking/guarantee delivery service such as UPS, GLS or national postal services such as Post Nord. Please bare in mind that when you have purchased an item it is owned by you and the quality and state of the item is your responsibility until it reaches LULU Copenhagen.
Only exception for items that cannot be returned and refunded is if LULU Copenhagen has made a jewelry specially for you or specially modified it so it is not suitable for being sold to other people.
By Danish law you as a customer are allowed to carefully inspect and look at a jewelry before returning it for a refund, as long as the item and its packaging is in its original condition when we receive it. If the item or packaging is damaged, used or different from when delivered we are allowed to withhold and keep a sum of the amount which equals the loss that we will gain for reselling the jewelry in its now used condition. It is solely up to LULU Copenhagen to define this sum. If the jewelry or packaging is too damaged to resell, LULU Copenhagen are legally empowered to not refund any of the sum. When we receive the item in a perfect condition we will refund the payment via reversed transfer. We cannot transfer the amount to a different account or credit card. By Danish law we are obliged to do so within 14 days after we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item. If the jewelry received is not in a perfect condition, and part of the money are not to be refunded, the maximum of 14 days for the reversed transfer begins from the day when the reduced refund is decided and has been communicated to the customer by email. Please expect 3-5 business days from the date your return is processed for the return credit to appear on your bank account.
Please bare in mind that some local banks and credit card companies adds a fee for transferring money and we cannot be held responsible for this fee. Also please bare in mind that bank transfers often takes several business days to complete.
