As many of you know, Brexit has unfortunately made it more complicated to ship parcels between EU and the UK. Over time, we have faced increasing technical challenges when shipping with Royal Mail and PostNord.

These have included IT issues, customs complications, and a growing number of problems with returns. We have tested several alternative solutions, but sadly we have not found a service that meets the standards we want to offer our customers.

All of this means that the service level is not what we believe you deserve – and we are not willing to compromise on the customer experience.

It is with great regret that we have reached the decision to close all direct sales to the UK via our webshop. Going forward, we warmly encourage our UK customers to shop with our wonderful retail partners instead.
